Compatible Motor: The system utilizes the MT01-JS-45N (DLG-56S-45), a three-phase permanent magnet gear motor featuring a 45N.m rated torque and a reduction ratio of 1:6.45.

Peripheral Support: The controller includes dedicated outputs for external heating wires (up to 1KW at 220V) to prevent door freezing and external air curtains (up to 2.2KW) to maintain climate control.

Primary Environment: It is engineered for cold storage facilities, managing heavy sliding doors that require high torque and precision.

Environmental Resilience: The system is built to withstand harsh conditions, with the motor rated for ambient temperatures between -25°C and +50°C and relative humidity up to 95%.

Key Features

Voice-Guided Commissioning: The controller features an automated debugging method where a speaker provides a countdown and voice prompts to guide the user through the door’s self-test and width measurement.

Flexible I/O Interface: It provides terminals for a wide range of external signals, including pull-cords, radar, door locks, emergency stops, and anti-pinch sensors.

Customizable Parameterization: Users can adjust nine speed gears, motor starting current, and specific tightening torques for when the door reaches its fully open or closed positions.

Programmable Relays: Three relay outputs can be assigned to various functions, such as air curtain switching, library occupied signals, or alarm outputs.

Remote Management: The system includes a remote control receiver module with simple code pairing and clearing procedures for wireless operation.
